Chesterfield Family Practice provides malpractice and life insurace for residents. Basic HMO coverage is provided at no cost to the resident. Enhanced HMO coverage and dependent coverage is available at extra cost.

Other Benefits:
- Three weeks vacation, 6 holidays and one week off for conference time are allowed in each of years two and three.
- Salary is adjusted annually and will be discussed during the interview.
- A Residency Fund exists to supplement educational expenses such as books, equipment, conferences and Board Certification Exams. The amount available may very from year to year.
- Chesterfield Family Practice covers the cost of the Virginia Medical License and the Federal DEA License for each resident.
