Applications for the residency program are accepted only through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). All application forms, transcripts, Dean's letters, photos and personal statements must be transmitted via the electronic ERAS Post Office from the individual medical schools. Please contact your medical school for information regarding this method of application.

Once your application has been received and processed you will be notified by mail if you are selected for a personal interview.

We conduct interviews 2 days per week. An interview day will start with a meet and greet with Chesterfield Family Practice faculty at about 8:30 a.m. The morning will consist of 4 interviews:

A Current Resident
2 Faculty and
A Hospital Administrator

After a tour of the Chesterfield Family Practice office, applicants will be taken to Chippenham Hospital for a tour of the facility there and lunch with the Residents.

The day ends back at the CFP office with a short exit interview with The Residency Coordinator. Hotel expenses and a dinner with Residents the night before the interview are provided.
